Why is Filmarena selling Manta Lab and Blufans editions on their website?

Technically they're in breach of contract as they're unable to provide the goods originally purchased. Not legal in the UK but don't know how this works in other countries...So, everyone footed their production costs and lifestyle no doubt, then they failed to provide the product paid for...in my eyes therefore they're technically stealing everyone's money.
In what reality is this not a crime?
Yep and it’s weird a lot of old previously sold out editions are now back in stockReceived store credit for 1 of 2 open orders. Expecting second to come through soon. Shame it can only be spend on irrelevant stuff -or inflated pricing on their previous 'sold out' premiums.

Absolute scumbags...
No, only store credit and emailed them saying I don’t want store credit I want a refund to my bank etc so far nor responseEmailed the below message to Filmarena...
Are Filmarena aware they are legally obligated to issue refunds for orders which can not be fulfilled? Offering only store credit under such circumstances is illegal, however, Filmarena seem intent on forcing store credit on customers despite being in breach of contract with a high number of customers' orders. The fact that Filmarena have massively increased the prices of in stock items merely short changes customers who are being forced into using store credit as a 'part' payment towards overpriced products or using funds from multiple orders to potentially pay for just one item.
Surprisingly, got this response...
we kindly inform you that we are refunding our customers.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation.
Anyone actually receiving refunds yet?
