Here's what I've done, and I hope everyone else does the same!

Zavvi order history:
1) There's a problem with my order
2) I have received a faulty item
3) I would like the item if still available

Hi,

I have received my copy of the Filth steelbook and there appears to be a problem with it. On the front cover, the cocaine lines which should obviously be white have not been painted during manufacture - instead they have been left the silver of the steel beneath. This is clearly a manufacturing fault as it doesn't match the artwork advised, and also isn't the colour of cocaine.

Please can you send a new copy with the correct colouring and advise of how I can return the faulty one.

thank you

Lol, good luck getting a replacement with white lines! There are 2 bad points to this steel:
1) cocaine lines are silver
2) Its flimsy (like Django front)

Other than that it could of been brilliant

Haha yeah I'm not expecting a replacement, I just love being sarcastic :D I am seriously considering returning this though - the silver coke has ruined it!

And yeah the front is VERY flimsy! :ohno:

It must be the angle but it does look like 'white' booger-sugar to me! Great job, Zavvi! And I don't say that much!

Steelbook Photo on website looks like actual Steelbook Photo
Actual Steelbook in the Flesh Photo above looks near match for the website Photo
Its not pure White in the Website Photo

Yes its not Pure White as that's what cocaine is and should have been

But Website Photo is not pure White either its has a silver look it you look close at the photo
I Bet Zavvi will say its website artwork is what is shown on the steelbook

Has anyone heard back from Zavvi yet

^^ That picture from Zavvi in no way looks silver to me! And holding the Steelbook in a certain light to make it look correct isn't acceptable in my eyes...

That's just my opinion though! No word from Zavvi yet - they usually respond within 48 hours judging from my previous comms

I think this is a stellar release regardless of silver or white on the lines. I love that slip, plus it's a colorful steel instead of another all black one, and it's got a lot of embossing. Can't wait to receive mine.

First a Place Beyond the Pines and now this. If you're going to complain, just wait and see peoples pictures before purchasing? Or if not then just send the steelbook back and say nothing if it isn't what you expected it to be.

What's next, people not liking the shine off spot gloss because it isn't represented in the website artwork?

I hope Zavvi ignore you're e-mails or give you a generic response because it's a load of BS.

Honestly, get a grip.

Sorry mate, but comparing this to the A Place Beyond the Pines "fiasco" is ludicrous. Sure, that one wasn't the same as advertised, but there really is no issue if you change the color of the background, because it can be any color they want and still work. But having the wrong color for something that can only be ONE color to accurately represent what it is, is a slightly bigger issue. What, if they mess up and put a green Iron Man on the next Avengers steel, you'll just expect no-one to mind?

Honestly, get a grip.
