Whether it's black. Blue. Navy. Purple. :) it's gotta better finish than the recent warner steels :)

I look at it one min it's black and next min it's dark dark dark dark navy then it's dark dark dark dark purple. It's definitely not the colour on the slip

Its Black

Its not Navy
The Filth Embossing is Yellow and effects most photos to show it up as blue especially with back artwork and camera flash
Its 100% Black I have it in front of me in Person and beside The Shining Steelbook

I'm not talking about how it appears in photos though (especially when your blocking the light/causing a shadow)... despite what people say, the camera lies! :p

I also have it in hand and mine is 100% navy (like the official image in the OP). Black, blue, purple, s*** brown... it's still an awesome steelbook! :scat:

Under the right light you can clearly see that it's navy, but at times it does also appear black and/or purple... just as the cocaine occasionally looks white even though it's metallic/silver. Hell, the fluorescent yellow back often looks lime green to me! It's the Chameleon of steelbooks... always changing colour. :p

Mine arrived this morning definitely looks dark blue but I like the way the colours change according to the light.Silver coke does sometimes look white.
I'm glad I got this a nice looking Steelbook that could be a dark horse on peoples wish list when this sells out.

My copy arrived a few days ago.

Still sits unopened and I'm worried that the case is warped as the front pops in and out at the slightest touch; or maybe the case is just ultra thin?

Anyone else noticed this, or is it replacement time?

This issue has already been mentioned in here somewhere I think, but I'm pretty sure it was agreed that the "popping" is due to the heavy embossing on the front. Basically, they all do it... so you're not alone mate.

All have that as far as I Know its due to Deep Embossing of the Front and Back of the Steelbook
The Title and all the Coke Lines are embossed and Back has large embossed Artwork
When you have lot of embossing covering most of a Steelbook you will see pops in and out effect happen

It should be OK your steelbook but I cant say 100% as yours may be a different issue

It's normal. Always happens when there is a lot of embossing. Maybe if the made the steel thicker it wouldn't happen but that's the way it is I'm afraid.
