Focus was so lost on this topic
we need to maintain what the thread is about .. anything else should be taken outside.
My wish is that that we can have a place to both appreciate the steelbooks we have access to and the movies which they contain..
I open all my steels .. to watch the movies .. to appreciate them without the refraction through that godawful plastic wrapping..to enjoy or be surprised by the inside art .

Nemo , not only completes my Pixar steel collection but also allows me to enjoy the one movie which i believe should have been viewed in 3d from the start .

lets keep it focused ninjas

peace

im happy its not a lenticular, sb's looks way better without these ugly magnets and i don't know what else to do with them, gues im alone with this opinion but im not the kind of person who pull things on the refridgerator ;)

You are not alone there. I would prefer the lenticular as a slipcover instead of a magnet. Firstly the cover has an indent to fit the magnet which I don't appreciate. Secondly putting on and pulling off the magnet often can cause scratches. :)

Would be cool if it had a clear slip and the name was on it instead of the steelbook.

Agree. I always believe movie titles should stick to their original language on the cover, be it English, French, German, Chinese or whatever. Foreign language titles should just be on slips.

Maybe HDN can gather signatures and write to the studios to adopt this practice?

Got the Canadian viva metal bok ordered but have ordered this too, can cancel as it isnt out till March - i do like this artwork though

I got the empty viva metal case which looks great. I wonder how this same design would look on steelbook too.

Pity about the title though. Findet Nemo just Find Me no. :hilarious:

How much is the FS viva after shipping to EU?

The cost of the viva is 48.50 (with taxes) and since this weighs about 350 grams (fairly heavy because of 5 discs), shipping costs $17.70. You are looking at about $66.29, which is about 51 Euros.

I already have the best buy version of Nemo but want this since I bought all the German version of the Disney movies. I will wait until the price drop. I only paid less 15€ for most of the German Disney steelbook except Wall-E. Most of them are still available from Amazon de.
