Because it's far cheaper (especially to folks outside of canada and usa), its a proper steelbook, the back and inside art is superior. Also The cover image may be the same but the positioning of this version is superior too.

I know some say the FS art is better but I don't agree with that. the imagery used for this version perfectly capture the essence of the film. Actually think the back cover choice is inspired. Same could be said for the inside art its a visual metaphor for the scale of the film. There's also a greater sense of continuity between the cover,back and inside art. something the FS version lacks. Not saying I dont like the FS version mind you.

All in all this is the better version, yeah it lacks the 3D version of the film but other than that (and maybe the spine) its pretty perfect. When in hand it'll be an absolute stunner.
