Wish Zavvi would show the name of the item in the main order list. My Nemo order was showing on page 2 of the order history already. Had to click into quite a few orders to find it. Thought it had vanished at first

Have you contacted your bank at all? Sometimes they'll freeze an account if they notice any 'suspicious' activity. This usually ends up meaning one massive transaction or a large number of small ones, the latter being most relevant to our hobby.

It's probably not that, but it may be worth a shot.

Everytime Zavvi gets ready to ship. My bank has to call me to verify the transaction. If I am not home, the bank refuses creating payment problem for Zavvi and my credit card is frozen. I have had to call my bank every Zavvi transaction for them to accept it and to reactivate my credit card. It's a royal Pain. I never had this issue with Thehut.com

I got a call from my CC company not to long after these and ID4 shipped out.. they were calling for me to verify purchases.. It can get annoying, but I'm glad they are looking out.

I don't think it has anything to do with overseas as I also get the same problem, I don't know what it is that zavvi do when taking payment but it always seems to trigger the credit card fraud monitoring ?

My card company phoned me Wednesday to confirm payment to Zavvi for Nemo and the same thing has happened before
