Mine is fine..looks great next to my German release..which I prefer as the embossing around the edges is wave like... And it's 3D,I know some dont care for that but it looks amazing..I ordered 7 different steels from zavvi and I think they are great at delivery and timing..so far so good now that I've put a voodoo curse on it..
No complaints here..even commando had not one paint chip but I know many that had them..it is a shame for all we need is a bit of quality control

After receiving a damaged Nemo steelbook I emailed Zavvi asking for a partial refund and this was their reply:

Hello Mr,

Thank you for getting in touch about your damaged steelbook Finding Nemo.

I am sorry that this item ha arrived with you damaged, I can now see that we do in fact have stock of this item as we were sent more then expected by our supplier.

As this is the case please return this to us using the Collect Plus label we have emailed to your account. The label should be attached to the outside of the parcel to ensure the return is free of charge.

Got my Finding Nemo copy from zavvi today - no visible damages luckily

I already have the VMB from FS and the German steelbook in my collection, but the embossing of the UK one is amazing

It's also different in colors and surface finish

Will they ship out the replacement before they get the damaged one back, like Amazon?

Hi my response was item is now out of stock so only a refund offered!!!!
Whilst this is okay, getting very annoyed with zavvi out of 6 recent orders only 1 turned up undamaged.
Roger rabbit returned major damage with new style box
Finding nemo returned missing pain spots under cellophane new box seems like a factory production problem.
300 dint on front kept

FYI, there are copies of this mint and sealed on ebay ending in a day currently only going for just over a quid.

Its such an awesome steelbook. But most are happy owning a flooded empty case from BB... And all that wanted this steel pretty much got it..

they offered a 10% refund for the spin slash, I emailed them back to say that I prefer to send it back and to be refund for the shipping and to have a replacement, and they agreed

It has not lost any of it's charm. I so love the story the voice acting.

I think for me the steelbook treatment of this film has sealed what a class act it is .

You are correct, this is a timeless wonder of a film.

You do know that FS had that one too and it came with the discs. So no need to own just a steel case.

I gotta say, I am kind of dissapointed with the embossing. I thought it was going to more sculpted like some of the Lunch Boxes I have seen. The pics look much better than in hand. IMO

Mine arrived today, mint condition...Fast delivery + mint condition = Zavvi for me so far...even if the shipment price is a kick, I would rater pay more than receive it too late or damaged. Cheers Zavvi!
