I just got a 'payment problem' email for my order, despite the fact that I have enough money on my account. Still, I'd be willing to try a different card if only the 'Resolve' button wasn't missing from my order. This has happened in the past before receiving a cancellation email, so I'm not happy until it's shipped.

I've got 3 ordered myself and only 1 has successfully been paid for. It's been shipped too.

The other 2 I have had payment errors twice. I take it I need to call my bank?

...or call your ma. Whichever would be more comforting.

Joke aside though, it might just be some Zavvi system error, so I don't know if the bank will be much help. I wonder if Paypal is safer on Zavvi orders?
