Mine still says Awaiting stock pick, but money has been taken, the weird thing is that they have taken about 45£...

Could it be Black Swan and Independence Day too ?

Mine have been dispatched too. :scat: Found the shipping confirmations within the junk folder, which usually does not happen to zavvi e-mails.

Best wishes,

Michael

well ive ordered only 2 other steelbooks from them and they were both cancelled they were the white star treks plus there website sucks so much and very unpleasant to deal with just my opinion but i too hope nemo gets dispatched

My cards been charged, and no email yet, but not concerned they aint going to charge and then not send. Im sure the dispatch emails will come, put it into context nemo sold out means 4000 emails, as did commando, plus all the other pre orders so possibly 20000 email to send in one day?

Chill, relax and have a can (ensure its a steel can!!)

Dispatched. :3

What do you guys reckon the chances are that these Disney steels have Disney Reward codes? It's usually how I get most of my Disney Blus for free. lol. :hilarious:

Haven't had a damaged steel from Zavvi as of yet (9 so far, this will be the 10th) hopefully they'll continue with what I've found to be a decent service.

It seems like you've had a spot of bad luck, which is unfortunate and I feel for you. That said, while I'm all for opinions, "their website sucks" is a rather childish and unquantified argument that is much akin to "they smell bad".

While I've not had a problem with Zavvi, nobody is perfect, and if you think Zavvi could improve on their website and service, then the best thing to do is to get in touch with them and politely make a few suggestions. Any contact information you might require can be found here.

Canceled steelbooks isn't their fault. And my Star Trek wasn't canceled.

Agreed on both counts.

overselling is

Again, you have my sympathy; nobody wants to put in a pre-order to later find out that it cannot be fulfilled. Mistakes do happen however. Star Trek sold out pretty quickly, and if Zavvi had to manually remove the listing it isn't all that surprising that they oversold slightly.

I love the DMR scheme, one of the best reward schemes going! There's no reason the steels shouldn't have points included. If by any chance they don't, get on the horn to DMR and ask to have the points credited, because they'll all be eligible titles, guaranteed. Remember to keep your proof of purchase, and you'll be fine!
