I think it isn't listed on the US site because Best Buy already has a steelbook coming in June (different art and not 4K) and because the Blu-ray will be Region "B" locked.

I've noticed that Disney titles that have region B discs don't show up on the US site either.

USA and UK releases are different distributors and different discs
Best buy release does not have the 4K remastered scan from Studiocanal

Best buy release is the existing USA Universal Studios Blu-ray and DVD discs
