The re-releases that Walmart are getting are 4K+Blu-ray


The previous Best Buy exclusive was Blu-ray only.

I love this series of steelbooks. Still rather bummed, however, that at the very least they didn't include Son of Frankenstein with the assortment. Naturally, as a Universal Classic Monster Super Freak, I would have loved to see all the classics, up to Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein. But yeah, Son of Frankenstein (Karloff's last turn as the monster and Lugosi's Ygor debut) would have been boss.

While I don't have a 4K setup and don't anticipate ever having one, I'm happy for those of you who do.
