Sold out now again. Hopefully it is a 10,000 print run. Fright Night has a HUGE following and it would be a shame to see most of them have to turn to eBay and pay through the nose.
I would expect it's only 2,000 print run and would be at max 4,000

Sold Out for now
I still expect lot of customer cancelled orders from 29th October will end up back available as the price difference is a lot

Did anyone get a Zavvi Steelbook Alert Email for this as that usually mentions the print run if very limited
I not got that email yet

3 Eureka Steelbooks so far only recently announced
Das Cabinet Des Dr Caligari (2,000 Limited) not a retailer exclusive
Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis
(2,000 Limited) not a retailer exclusive
Fright Night (1,000 ?????? (Zavvi exclusive)

Eureka Steelbooks are UK only

If 1,000 correct the total combined for 3 steelbooks would be total of 5,000

Fright Night Steelbook is more popular release and would be a better seller than both Das Cabinet Des Dr Caligari and Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis combined

You may want to clarify your source or your sarcasm. Many on here are probably still on edge from missing out.

Zavvi twitter says sold out.

Where you see this posted it's not on Facebook or Twitter from Zavvi

Most of the stock got sold on Saturday 29th October and then the listing was pulled and the remaining stock that was left over got sold this evening.

A lot though would have cancelled the Oct 29th orders this evening due to price been cheaper but these won't be put back on the system till a later time
I have a friend who has a great contact at zavvi who I trust! I told you it was glitch it will be back in stock and it was! ;)

Yes but they could be taking into account people who have purchased the USA and German blu-rays. A lot of people out there just interested in the blu-ray only

It is a shame if the print run is only 1,000 copies as this title could probably sell a lot more. I understand why Eureka would do it though, a lot of their older titles were available for a long time and for cheap prices. It is probably why they stopped releasing Steelbooks for a while. If this is the only way that releasing Steelbooks is viable for them then so be it.

So there was only about 500 in stock today as an estimate, with the other 500 sold out on the incorrect live date. Who knows, there maybe another 500 more to follow....

Although it says only 1000 available, don't be surprised if this has an extra increase in print run a la IT.

Also one more copy will defo go back in stock as it was my one that I cancelled when it accidentally went live. Cancelled and got this for £16.19 with the code.

I just got the Zavvi email alert also at 21.39
A bit late arriving if someone missed out

Limited to just 1000 copies

Eureka are mad they seriously have got this one wrong as to the demand this film has

USA 5,000 copies of a standard Amaray sold out in less than 3 hours

This is first time Fright Night got a UK Blu-ray release and so far is only as a steelbook

If they don't release this on Amaray they are nuts

I've never really seen anyone talk about the dutch Blu-ray release of Fright Night, which is still being sold for €9.99 at bol.com (standard Amaray).
It doesn't come with any special features though and I have no idea how many copies exist, however, it is region free.
