There is talk in other threads about the new Zavvi wave how members' orders are getting cancelled for no apparent reason...
Send them an email, maybe they can re-order you one...?
i think there is a problem over at Zavvi similar to when Play charged people early for their ES orders, i guess it will be resolved at some point buddy

Zavvi cancelled some pre-orders of mine the day before. They got back to me today saying that I took too long to fix my payment problem (I forgot to put money on the prepaid card I use for them) and so they cancelled my order. Here's the thing though, I added money on the same day, confirmed this on my orders and they shipped 2/5 Steelbooks in the order while cancelling the others. There's no rhyme or reason as far as I'm concerned.

It's a bit late for that, if the release date is 28th October they would have been printed weeks ago.
