I prefer the Canadian. I think they'd be better off using the back cover as the front if they're going to go without the title on the front cover, because at least that's somewhat iconic. But I guess I'm just not a big fan of title-less covers... I think the Eureka steelbooks of Cleopatra, Island of Lost souls and Dr. Mabuse would have turned out better with the artwork they used on their amarays.

If all the Zavvi pre-orders I have made in recent weeks (and that has been A lot) this is the one I am most excited about. The one thing that annoys me about all these re-releases is the lack of extras, I mean second discs have been dropped and nothing new has been added. I think if they released some catalogue movies with new additional content then they could at least justify the high prices that we have been seen recently.
With Dusk Till Dawn now up the only one I really want is a cool looking True Romance, maybe even a Natural Born Killers though my digi-book will suffice if not.

The german Steelbook released by studiocanal on 18.04.2013 is cut

This steelbook is also released by studiocanal, maybe they just use the same disc?

But the run time Run Time (94 mins) seems weird. Since studiocanal bought the rights they released a cut version (106min) and an uncut version(108min)

That's the nature of steelbook releases as of late. They know that most people are collecting these for the Steelbook packaging itself so they don't always include all the special features/ bonus discs.

The Uk Blu-ray released by Miramax was UNCUT. But now Studiocanal is the publisher and you're right the Uncut Version by Studiocanal has only been released in germany so far.

I think if the zavvi Steelbook would be the Uncut Version they would mention it somewhere......

My guess is that they put the exact same disc in the steelbook as in the german steelbook. And I won't pay for the cut version

The UK Amaray release (Lionsgate/Miramax) is 108 min; very surprising if this release would be any different.

If the steelbook contains the Bluray already available in the UK (which was included in the 'Titty twister' boxset, so I assumed it would) the runtime on that is 108 minutes. Having said that I cant comment on the Miramax/Studio canal differences... when did the UK rights change from Miramax? The Titty twister boxset wasnt all that long ago and that was a Miramax release...
