in this case, i don't think so.

remember, there is not a single uncut blu-ray version in germany available, as it is on the index list there. i feel there is a huge demand for this release, and the exclusive (?) artwork is amazing too (at least i hope it will be in reality).

Yes, I had the same problem, and I still have and I have no idea what to do to fix this s&%t!

Be prepared to have your orders canceled. Zavvi still have not fixed their system for that. If your card is charged and say you don't have the funds on it and then changed it. The computer tries to charge the new one but won't. I have tried many ways around this like putting funds on the old card that I made the order with and nothing. Still gets canceled every single time. I don't order from Zavvi anymore because of this. If Amazon has then I go through them unless it is a Zavvi Exclusive. Some people pay with paypal but have had the same problem with cancellations as well.

See the worst part is do you preorder at the risk of them running our like say Aladdin. Or do you just wait and hope that they still have them in stock when the release date comes. If they were to improve their customer service and fix the stupid Credit Card problem then they would be a decent company I guess.

changed mine twice in the last few days and STILL got emails about a payment problem so I re-ordered via paypal (that has its own inbuilt funding source) and awaiting to hear from that
