So those who ordered more than the limit won't get their money back? Cancelling is fine but not refunding the money is equivalent to thievery unless I misunderdtood something. Anyways glad that it is limited to 1 per customer.

I think it means it will be credited to your Kimchidvd account. There is no way they could keep the money, think he might be in jail if he did.

It's credit, not stealing. Choi explained clearly that this is to avoid any trouble with Paypal and/or credit card companies. If people start complaining about this, then KimchiDVD will probably stop having exclusives just to avoid the hassle.

Anyone who doesn't agree to these terms should not pre-order.

Looking at the math with limitations with this release, the most 2 item orders they can have is 600 copies. That will leave 400 lenticulars available. This means that for this release alone, they're going to have to fill at least 700 orders. They really need to be commended and praised for the efforts they're making to make sure everyone gets a copy.

Potentially Dumb Question: Does KimchiDVD take money upfront and charge you the total amount on Pre-orders (whether it is by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)? Normally, Pre-orders don't charge anything. I was just wondering because I've never done a Pre-order on an international order like KimchiDVD. Especially on a Limited Edition Steelbook such as this. I just wondered if maybe they needed the buyers' money upfront to pay for all the manufacturing. Please let me know. Thanks You.

Kimchidvd takes payment when you place the order. :)

They take the money on preordering

Disney movies are ACE when baked as a cake! Got a fair few of them including The Lion King and Beauty And The Beast! :scat:
Everything's better with cake :)

I'm very happy to hear about the 1 per customer. More collectors will get one :D
Agreed

Its going to be interesting to see how this plays out. Tony is going to have his hands full with this one canceling duplicates and not refunding the money. A few people gonna be
They have little right to be, it's not like the rules aren't clear

Lenticular edition come to me.. please same hour like Thor 2 because is perfect to me

Agreed
Though I hope we get too see the full package before ordering

I'm torn between this, zavvi ad holding for the blufans release.

I'm away on 18th so I'm probably going to miss this anyway which I guess makes the decision slightly easier plus correct if I'm wrong but the steel art on this will be the same as zavvi
