Couldn't Disney just withdraw all cooperation altogether then? After all it's 100% their property. So all they have to do is refuse permission for artworks to be used on steelbooks and slips etc...

Then the distributors have nothing......

Correct, its been available in HK since March 10th I believe

Basil I'm going to guess you haven't replied because you weren't there and maybe you've just been told that recently by others (because we've all seen you speculate on the Blufans matter before, as we all have).
For all I know it might be true... but then again maybe not.
As it stands right now what you're stating as the one and only truth contradicts what Kevin said yesterday (Fanatics will be to get the BD approved for their use until the very last minute). Both can't be true. It is either true that they are trying, or it is true that neither party (Disney and distributor/s) have any intention of reaching an agreement.
