The Incredible Hulk will be one of the first to go OOP, not too sure where you will be buying it for less than £25 the following day. Good luck to those who believe otherwise.

what makes you so sure that one would go OOP first? were not even sure howmany have been made and i think of the 6 steels kick-ass is the nicest, but then there are plenty of kick-ass steelbooks around (i have 3 different ones lol)

as for this announcement, when i saw it my jaw dropped.

iron man bluray steelbook - oh good lordy. the uk dvd steelbook is still my fave dvd steelbook ever and iron man bluray might become my fave too.

if it does have the same artwork as the FS exclusive, well i have to say id laugh and be happy. but it shouldnt devalue the original that much surely?

i now have to sell my german watchmen and gi joe steels though, unless the artwork is totally different i feel no need to have them ones twice.

so do we have any details on when they will be released or expected prices? id hope for £9.99 like the fox and universal waves - and since paramount give us bland discs and usually no inner artwork id be happy at that price. can you imagine a world in which an iron man bluray steel could be £9.99 - maybe 2012 is the end of the world!

No info on prices or dates....per Wreck's note in the OP regarding 'no panic'-use your imagination as to what that refers to. If more info becomes available that can be shared, or any of this changes, it will be posted.

Guys, this is a bit out of topic. But as I see that Wreck has a lot of info about future play.com releases I am asking this here. So here goes, as I see that Universal released the Bourne Trilogy on Steelbook with inner artwork is there any talk about the release of a Back to the Future Trilogy on such a steelbook form too, with horizontal front and inner artwork. Let us all know if their are any developments about it.


And also another question is that the Shutter Island Steelbook has 'Collector's Edition' listed on the front art while the other steels from the wave have nothing like this written on the front.

So Is it just because it's a steelbook or is there any new extra or say a booklet?

Last question is I emailed play.com a few days ago whether if the Saving Private Ryan Steel has 2 discs on not, they seem to say it's just one disc as Paramount did not notify them about any extra's on the release. So can I then confirm that it will be 1 Disc?
