I'll be skipping this one and getting the Blu Fans exclusive along with the Extended Best Buy Exclusive I'm into supporting the US steelbook market but not with this release.

Wonder why the vudu sticker is on the back and why the UPC is a separate sticker? Maybe it will still have a slip and the photos don't show it.

I will stick with the Walmart version. Disappointing the extended cut is missing but since it is not a crap release like others we have seen over the yrs, it is a keeper.

there is certainly some kind of cloak and dagger stuff going on. The close-ups and cut off picture of the spine might be hiding something or preventing some kind of pre-release violation or exposure. Sorry for the "conspiracy" talk but all this excitement of a rare US SteelBook release is very intriguing

That $30 can now go towards something nice like a Blufans release. Or this had it been something special.

Like Andy said, it's just disappointing considering how hyped up it seemed to be.

Cause it seems Random that an Extended cut would be an Exclusive. I mean why make 2 separate disc's for the US? Why not include it in the steelbook?

The scenes shot were probably not done in 3D. So instead of upconverting it, they decided to leave it in 2D.

Hey.....it just dawned on me that the new pictures that have been uploaded might be of an actual SLIPCOVER for the Steelbook??? That would explain why the border is missing (the actual Steelbook underneath could still be embossed??)

If you look at the 'sticker' with the dog tags on the front it looks like the lettering could be debossed (like on a slipcover)

Could this be possible does anyone else think??

The one picture of the spine had the wrapping seal but Ash said it was very peculiar looking the way it was cropped! Maybe there is some kind of "conspiration" going on here
