Gas Prices

3.79, it's fine I see less cars on the freeways. I support 4.50 a gallon lol I rather pay the price than to spend 1hr 30 mins on my way to work and again when I go back home!! This morning I spent 20 minutes!!! :D bring it higher that's fine less idiots on the road!

Norway is around 14 kroner per liter which equals 2.5 dollars... that would be $9.46 per gallon... and we are an oil nation!!

I love my company gas card. :) 0.00

I also have another company truck which is more of a work truck that I rarely use ... but it is set up to run off of gas or propane. Pretty cool.

i think ours is around $3.50 here in milwaukee.

luckily the rising costs don't affect us too much since i only live 2 miles from school and my wife only lives 5 miles from her job. that and we don't have too much free time to travel anywhere very often, so on average we only have to fill up about 2 or 3 times per month for both of our cars combined

It could be that they may get the crude oil, but sell it to get the gas thus buying it at a higher price. Mexico does that BTW and we are country with enough oil to support the country...

We have our own refineries also but export most crude oil. And the gov. wants 8 nok per liter sold in taxes. So just the taxes equals the current US price per gallon. It's crazy. 5% of my paycheck goes to pay for gas to get to work and drive kids here and there.

Thats crazy Jump, dont know how I could survive paying gas at those prices.

USA will get better over the next 10 years with all the new directional drilling going on. We're tapping into shales now that weren't cost efficient before hand.

Ok, you guys across the pond may feel better after i tell you how much it cost me today to fill up my Impreza.
It costs £1.37 per litre, which works out about $8.39 a US gallon.....EEK!EEK!EEK!

That is crazy ... am I under the correct impression that you guys don't have to drive though nearly as much to get places? Or do most still have 30-1hr commutes to work?

PS. just read an article in the BPN mag (butane propane) that in Turkey 40% of the cars on the roads are already running off of propane and that # should hit 60% very soon.
