Im terribly sorry to hear that , its almost unbelievable due to the amount of bubblewrap i use on each Steelbook.

We can make a claim by the Post and see if they will give you a certain amount of money back.

Other then that there is nothing else i can say except , once again sorry to hear this.

If your wanting to make a damage claim just give me notice. You as the reciever of the goods have to make the claim at your local post office.

there is no way John or any owner can see through the slipcover.

I have seen some of your responses, and there seem to be some bad luck going on with you lately.... I hope those go away soon.

Hi John, here are the pictures. I didn't open it yet but I can feel the bump on top middle. Also in the pics, you can see the dent on the edge are visible by pattern of the cardboard cover.

Yep, it is behind and can be seen by pattern. Lately, I've been receiving a lot of dents SBs from different places, some from Ebay, saying it were mint. Some are from members in other forum. *sigh*
