I wouldn't worry too much mate. Ive found lately that a lot of my Zavvi steels turn up on release day now. I used to get them quite early. I got my dispatch for 4k one yesterday.

I wouldn't be surprised if you got charged and your dispatch today.

Emailed Zavvi about this and was told that it was Out of Stock, but as there may of been a payment problem (I haven't actually been notified of any, i lost my card a few months ago, but updated my payment card as soon as I received my new card) and as a result Ive missed this even though there is still an open order saying awaiting stock.

This is a Paramount release on both sides of the Atlantic, so yes, the US / CA Blu-ray releases will also be region free

No news here. Going to have a look on HMV and if there's something else in the 2 for £25 deal I'll go there and get the slipcase just for the cheek. I'm trying to cut back on steelbooks and spending in general anyway so this is giving me an easy out with this one.

I don't think any customer has had the 3D steelbook shipped yet
I have only seen mention of the 4K Steelbook been shipped to customers

Looks like the shipment to zavvi was messed up and only the 4K steelbook arrived

Zavvi have said on twitter will be shipping soon as to when exactly that's unknown

This is quite pathetic from Zavvi. They replied to a tweet on Friday and gave the astonishing answer to a question regarding shortage of stock of the Amazon Italy versions and if the UK delay is related. Zavvi answered that they have received their FULL ALLOCATION and will be shipping shortly. This was clearly a lie if Pauls post above is accurate.

I've been waiting all Last week for these 3D versions cancellations to come back in stock to order (missed out first time), but have now decided to forget zavvi and order the standard 3D version elsewhere.

I expected to receive it today but nothing.
No charge to card and no dispatch email.

Disappointed.
