[WINNER CHOSEN] Predator - Play Exclusive

In celebration of this 200th post and the arrival of my copy of the German Lenticular Steelbook of Predator, I'm giving away my obsolete but sealed and mint Play Exclusive. :scat:

Just thank this post and post the first time you ever saw Predator. I just happened to stumble upon it on television late at night all alone when I was about 12. It felt like I discovered a cinematic treasure all by myself and I couldn't wait to tell my friends about it the morning after! :movie:

I don't remember the EXACT time I first saw the movie, but I remember being fairly young and catching it on HBO, hiding it whenever family would walk in the room because I didn't want to get in trouble for watching a Violent movie at such a young age. From then on whenever it was on TV I was hooked for the rest of the movie. Thanks for doing this giveaway, such a nice steelbook!!

I saw it on video after my dad rented it out around 1988.i was 14 at the time, and me and my mates would arm lock in the playground, put on exaggerated faux-Arnie voices and say "you never deed know ven to kveet, HUH?!"

One of the very first English films i had seen and i was blown away with Arnie' muscles. Then that Predator comes along and there was me as a kid thinking, man he is like superman but evil, got so many powers.
When Arnie' defeated him i was left awe struck, for me still the best film from Arnie even after i have seen Terminator!

Thanks for the giveaway. :)

The first time I saw Predator was when I was around 8 years old. My grandfather rented it on vhs and it was the beginning of my fascination with sci-fi. I remember we used to watch this over and over. Ah good times.

This is one movie I've always remembered like crazy. I first saw it in a drive in theater when my crazy dad took me when I was 10 years old. I thought is was awesome then. And still fantastic today.

Thanks for the giveaway OP!

Thanks for the giveaway man.

I'll never forget my first viewing, it was with my uncle right around the time it was released on VHS. That bold red 18's cert standing right out and you thought you were the coolest kid on the street getting away with it. Both this Aliens & Robocop serve up the same memories for me and they continue to stay up in my top 10 of all time. Good times, good times. Funny thing I just thought of while typing this, they are the only three movies I've ever actually watched with my uncle (he's practically like an older brother)
