Yeh that's the thing, are people not getting sick of the same film being released over and over with so many other films available to be released?
Very sick of it. Very sick. I mention this all the time. It’s constant re releases. Ok some re releases look cool depending on art choices or something new. But I’m getting so sick of it with certain films and studios

The Film Vault releases are unnecessarily huge too.
if it is warranted- fine. But if it's for filling a box with art cards, pins and other pointless price-increasing bric-a-brac.....:meh:
Yep them too. I mean just look at the way these 2 stick out. Ok I could possibly find somewhere else for them but I don’t really have any other room at the moment

I like the smaller version for now.

Big box looks bland. Kinda like those Sacred Bones editions of Carpenter films, where it's just a black box with tacky silver text and monochrome resemblance of an image, to house a vinyl and the same regular Blu-ray amaray.
Here it'll all depend on what's included inside, and it will definitely be all different to the smaller, 'regular' Fullslip, unless same photos are used, or something, just in different sizes.

I like Vault editions, it allows to have bigger photos inside, like real 8×10s or lobby card sized prints.
I also have a few Billy bookcase units I bought just to 'cannibalize' them for extra shelves, which weren't available in that color separately, so I will have a couple with large space between shelves for dozens of such releases.

What makes ToC think “oh yeah we can make up new editions where collectors may have to buy a new home or rent another flat on top of what they already rent just to house them”
Those who rent probably shouldn't be buying such editions...

Keep them normal size ffs. Why do they have to be so tall and wide? I’ll let EB slip because they been doing this a while. ToC are just jumping on that same wagon because of greed. No innovation in design and artwork whatsoever.
EverythingBlu didn't have such large boxes until they joined Zavvi.

Definitely, but I've been saying that for 15 years now, and nothing changed. Warner and Universal are actually the biggest 'offenders', but on the other hand I liked their different types of packaging - square large hardcover digibooks, wide horizontal digipacks with photocards, now these Vault collections and ToC, of which there will be more...

I told you it'd be a closeup of something, someone already joked about a sandal, but it actually looks great! And I like the stand.

definitely said steel when I replied lol.
What? I had already edited it before you replied. What don’t you understand? You replied to my post and whilst you was typing your reply I had already changed my original message In that time hence why I said re read my message. I didn’t wait for you to reply and then go back to it to change it

What? Wtf are you on about? You think everyone owns or has a mortgage? A lot of people on here rent and your saying they shouldn’t be buying these kinds of things

I suggest you Stfu

I’m not referring that. I mean they have been making editions long before ToC started even tho some of ToC are to do with steelbook anyway

OK, I take back what I said before... this is actually shaping up to look quite classy IMO.
Hmmm, front is better than I expected but still boring. However the back does include the helmet lol. That’s the helmet on 3 parts of this edition now, ridiculous
