With the recent announcement from blu-raydisc.de about Gladiator getting re-releaesed in Germany under Universal (region free ) with a new remastered version for its anniversary edition do you guys think a possible steelbook rerelease could be created?

I guess if your a huge Gladiator fan (like me) you could import the discs and insert them in your gladiator steel if you have one opened (taiwan, ftw!)

I tried to put an order through as well through the link that darczap posted and it still offers free shipping to the US? In total it came out to 23.50 but will they adjust it and charge me more since I'm in the US? I did put a US address btw

It's a little confusing. There should be a field for your zip code (Postal Code), your street address (Street), your state (location), USA (Country), Name, and Surname (Last Name). Choose no for 'als cadeau verzenden' (asking if it is a gift). If you are not using Google Chrome as your browser, I would recommend you download it as it will auto translate Dutch to English, which should help you. If you have any questions, shoot me a pm.

The difference is probably shipping. It looks like shipping is free before you enter your payment details, but they do charge for shipping. You should only get charged 23.50 EUR.

I just ordered this and I am in the US, and yes, it came to only $23.25US - Free shipping . Just got a confirm it shipped and no extra charge yet. Fingers crossed

I think it goes in and out of stock. It's been out of stock in the past, but I was able to order it at FRS last week and received it on the 31st.

I believe this version, with the gold banner, is the only steelbook version with the remastered disc as standard.
