Who re-opened this thread? LOL! This is indeed the toughest steel to find nowadays, period. Not IM FS, not T2 V2, not anything else...3 months since I embarked on my personal objective to acquire this, and in the meanwhile procured almost every other living steel on my want list, I havent even come close to sniffing one out! This IS my holy grail...

Please correct me if I am wrong....the steelbook looks the same as other releases but it is the slipcover that makes the difference?

Only this and the thailand steel (of the original releases) had the shiny bling effect ... I used to have the French one for instance and it was gloss but ugly compared to this and yeah the slip i awesome too so that combines to quality of this release. Just dont confuse many of the white ones that look the same as this as they arent in person. Sword and shield bling and something on bac too andi think lettering on front if i recall.

I'm a proud owner.

As I said to you before, even though it is not the most expensive steel, this IMO is no doubt THE RAREST steelbook to find and a sealed is virtually IMPOSSIBLE.

So rare I do not even no what the value of this steel really is nowadays, sealed or unsealed. Very hidden, unknown, which adds to it's anonymous specialness :scat:

Anyone who has one should treasure it and see the steel and slip as blocks of gold :)

I remembered when I opened mine ... I told myself I shouldnt but the steel was so nice underneath that I had to see :p In any case I have always been very careful with this sone as slip is a tight slip too.

Do regret opening yours now! :hilarious:

I bet a sealed must be worth a fortune :scat:

April, the thread was never locked:) I think someone was looking for it, so it got bumped with discussion. I love Gladiator, and in hindsight I am glad I got this one. Mine was not sealed when I got it, but I don't care about that-I love the slip and Steel for this :scat:
