On the shiny none picture side the remastered disc should have the number L1 G51-28647 / 2 V02 DWM on the inner ring, the number is very hard to read though

Just got myself a copy on ebay for £20 not sealed but cheaper than anywhere i could find. Just hope its the new discs with it

I don't know ... I got mine last week for € 30 (or was it in pounds) including shipment
to the Netherlands. Also not sealed, but with the cards (sealed).

After that I bought the Dutch 1st print edition, completely sealed. I don't know if there is a false disk in that one to. But if the UK one has that ... think the Dutch versions also (althouh I'm not sure)

But I'm not worried about that though... I have the Dutch Digibook also, and that one contains the right disks, from the start. ;)

I got this one from Play.com back in the day, but I never got a replacement disc. Weird...

Sorry for dragging up an old thread but finally managed to pick this up from ebay, been trying for a while but prices have gone through the roof.

Wasn't a massive fan of the artwork originally but seeing it first hand has really changed my mind its gorgeous and it weigh's a tonne, not like the flimsy tinfoil ones we get today.

This is what the seller sent it in. :(

Could have been worse I suppose god knows how it managed to get to me with only one tiny ding, but that's not the point what freaking moron sends a steelbook though the mail in a bubble mailer.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma now do I keep it and put up with the tiny ding or ask for a refund. Just want some thought's from you guy's, only paid £38 for it not sure what the going rate for a sealed minty mint one is?

Probably not the right place to be asking these questions so sorry in advance but at least I've added some pic's as there arn't many in this thread. :)

Nice purchase, and for a great price too. Do what makes YOU happy though... if the dent bothers you so much that you'll never be pleased with it, then get a refund. Otherwise, enjoy!

Honestly, that "damage" doesnt even look like it occurred in the shipping process. Unless its actually more severe than it looks in your pic, I dont think you should bother the seller. But as noodle said above, do what you think is right.
