Congrats Red!![]()
Nice purchase, and for a great price too. Do what makes YOU happy though... if the dent bothers you so much that you'll never be pleased with it, then get a refund. Otherwise, enjoy!![]()

Honestly, that "damage" doesnt even look like it occurred in the shipping process. Unless its actually more severe than it looks in your pic, I dont think you should bother the seller. But as noodle said above, do what you think is right.

Thanks DB.
Sound advice buddy thanks.
No just the tiny ding on the corner otherwise mint, like you say it may have been like that before it was even posted out.
Really appreciate all the feedback and advice guy's like you all pointed out it only a very tiny ding which can only be seen if you look very closely, I don't consider myself OCD and was leaning towards keeping it and you just helped me make my mind up.
It's just so annoying when you pay good money for a steelbook and they send it in a bubble mailer for the sake of saving a couple of quid.
Think I'll stay away from ebay in future and stick to the trade forum here were were people treat them will the tlc they deserve.![]()
Sorry for dragging up an old thread but finally managed to pick this up from ebay, been trying for a while but prices have gone through the roof.
Wasn't a massive fan of the artwork originally but seeing it first hand has really changed my mind its gorgeous and it weigh's a tonne, not like the flimsy tinfoil ones we get today.

Could have been worse I suppose god knows how it managed to get to me with only one tiny ding, but that's not the point what freaking moron sends a steelbook though the mail in a bubble mailer.
I'm in a bit of a dilemma now do I keep it and put up with the tiny ding or ask for a refund. Just want some thought's from you guy's, only paid £38 for it not sure what the going rate for a sealed minty mint one is?
Probably not the right place to be asking these questions so sorry in advance but at least I've added some pic's as there arn't many in this thread.![]()
Glad we could help. But with ebay sellers. All you have to do is communicate. Send them a message letting them know how you would like it packed. And if they give you any hassle then you know not to deal with them anymore. The best deals I have ever gotten were from ebay.

Are the rating logos printed on the steelbook? If so that's probably the worst thing about it.
was a total gamble but apparently i won this time heheehehIts time for a new steelbook with embossed title and embossed helmet![]()
Well not only are the ratings logo printed on the front but the back is printed as well. I have never understood why this is held in such high regard. I have this and the dutch remastered steelbook with the gold banner at the top. Comparing the two side by side the dutch version wipes the floor with this one. The dutch steel is a lot harder to get hold of as well!!!!
And banner... and text...This Steelbook is pure quality despite the printed logos and back.
