1/4 means the cardboard slipcover - it covers 1/4 of the steel. The Normal + lenti slips covers the entire steel

With these things in mind what are the rules on this group buy as far as backing out? If it turns release week is at a time where I don't have the money am I going to get on a blacklist of some kind if I back out? I want to join the group buy but if there are consequences to backing out I don't want to take the risk.
