I am not sure about US deliveries, but mine was dispatched on 19th Sept and is expected to be delivered today (though I will have to most likely arrange re-delivery as I am at work)

email Sanborns and ask them for your tracking number, and they will email you a DHL tracking number

It seems that Sanborns is the place to go if you want cheap, well packaged and fast delivered steelbooks that dont have the 3D discs (and the awful 3D slapped on them).
