Opened mine before I left for work, its what a steelbook should be, it's beautiful inside and out, and it has to be opened just to get the full effect. Glad I got a couple..
Away for the weekend (and the sun's shining YAY). Apparently 2 have arrived at home. Just waiting for all the others on order most of which have been allocated for trades already. Just hope I get them . Such a shame that by all accounts the film was so poor.
Hmmmm if the Futureshop steels look like these, I might have to pick one up, even though I heard the movie is pretty mediocre.
Actually I think it's debossed rather than embossed, just from running finger over cover. I should also have a load more arriving and will put up Group sale if enough interest for those that cannot get them easily.
I saw a few in a shop today, and I must say, this is probably the best looking Steelbook I've seen. However, the movies was pretty bad (IMHO) so I passed it up. There's just too many movies I like that are getting the Steelbook treatment in the next few months.
I gotta say, though, that the de-bossing looked and felt really cool. If they had just cast someone different to play The Green Hornet and edited the movie differently ... <sigh>

Think I'm gonna pick up two copies from HMV next week. The site says they charge 4.50 pounds per separate shipping for standard global airmail. Do they not combine shipping for bulk orders?
Nope, they don't combine shipping. If you were to order 2 copies, they would ship each in a box and you get a ship charge for each.
PM Surfury, he's got a ton of these, may save you a few quid...
Thanks son. "Ton" is a bit of an exaggeration, but I do have quite a few.
I'm don't hold a grudge against this movie, but in my opinion it is one of the must gut wrenchingly boring, badly made superheroes movie I've ever had the misfortune to watch (and in 3D too!)

Any =one else have this defect on there HMV copy? I have the same identical defect on 2 copies purchased seperately. Looks much worse in the photo.
