There are three right now that are known to come out the UK, German, and the US and I don't think any of them will have 3d based on their prices.

It depends on the title. They're all different. Some will play, some won't. Some have English, some don't. Pretty much every release is different, even from the same country.

Good question, and it isnt a noob question at all.

A PS3 is region-free in terms of games. So if you have a PS3 game, regardless of where it originates from, your PS3 will play it.

Bluray films on the other hand... those will play depending on what region the disc is, and what region you bought your PS3 in.

It doesn't actually say it's a steelbook in the ad though. So, they could just have the wrong stock image in there. We'll have to wait and see.

I would doubt it since the bestbuy add says exclusive, but stranger things have happened.
