So because they had problems with servers caused by human error that affected a few people, you want them to increase the print run of a different release ?

I really don't see that happening
THEIR problem that lack of knowledge of the market caused, it wasn't just one or two that missed out. This title will be far more popular than either of those titles and if their servers crash again and many people get screwed for a third time because this company have yet again failed to understand the market they will just become a bad joke. This should definitely have a bigger print run as people are already mentioning it's not enough on their Facebook page.

As much as this is true, i really don't see this happening..
All they can afford is to improve their server stability.

I disagree.

They don't have a lack of knowledge regarding the market, otherwise they wouldn't be offering this. And keeping the print run low is just marketing, as any sales outlet would do. Otherwise why do limited print runs at all ? Should Blufans, Kimchi, Plain Archive all stop offering limited runs just because of issues (Blufans is the definition of delay) ?

The Drive issue was due to a setting only allowing 150 connections at once - I believe they are on Amazon Servers (as per Kimchi) but I may be wrong, so this should not happen again now they know what the problem was.

And people moaning that the print run is too low will always happen if they know they are not available at the time it goes live. If you really want something, you will find a way.

If they increase the print run now they will become the biggest laughing stock of all time.
Increasing a limited print run just because a few people whinge on facebook. You're having a laugh. :stop:

Common sense. They said it was fixed after Cap, it wasn't. It won't be again.

Their FB message posted on the 6th November suggests otherwise.

Servers were moved to Amazon in September, however they had an issue with them, and also with Paypal - so let down by 3rd party service suppliers.

Their message mentioned above informed of the Drive problem, and how they plan to mitigate it.

The fact that they are communicating the problems and resolutions out (all be it slowly) shows that they are commited to providing a good service.

With the GB still open there will be no excuses for anyone should they attempt to brave the ruck on Nova's site. If you want it, don't risk it.

Depends on how it is handle now, as the late design has made it a mess atm.

Like now I am thinking about asking for Type b aswell but not sure how many is really left.

Also a few posters in there are asking for 3/2 full slip when the limit is 1 etc.

Could prob need a tidy up now.

Glad I got in early at #91

They said it was fixed before after the Winter Soldier. It wasn't so I have no faith they will get it right again sorry.

Well as far as i understood the Cap problem was based on poorly scaled server ressources, while the DD (Drive-disaster) was caused by the known error stated by @mnementh . ;)

So there are indeed good chances, that server performance has made an improvement since Drive. :)

Which one ? :)

They underestimated the level of demand for WS thats all - and they increased this for Drive - as mentioned above there was human error in setting the number of connections allowed.

You have to allow people to learn from their mistakes. If each time it was the same mistake I could understand where you are coming from, however each time has been different and they are learning.

If you aren't happy with their service, just join the GB - you then don't have to worry.

I don't know if I will get this, but Fullslip is currently my favourite. :) Those lenticulars don't really interest me at all, Type A isn't that bad though.

Yeh I have gone so far A and FS.

Also the FS goes with my soundtrack which is nice. Type B is to much like my normal slipover i'm getting.

Wish you could see the full lenti (as in what it changes to).

Also first Steelbook I am double dipping on just because I love it so much usually just get the one of these stuff.

Yeah it's not going to be fun for John to go through that lot and work out who wants what and what their place is in the queue..

Might drop him a tip for this one.
