Nova and/or kimchi could also tackle it later down the line but it's just guess work

Sounds like your getting confused with debossing

Like i said there are other ways to create embossing without having the rectangle border BUT you STILL need to create a border to create the embossing, it's just some designers get clever with it and uses the space around the title or character to create a border to then create the embossing

Yeah that's correct. So when a title or an image is embossed and sticking out it will have that rectangle border but some are clever and have a bigger part of the images debossed to show the smaller embossing or vice versa.

I think Enders game and the back of roger rabbit had this but that's off the top of my head

I think metalpaks have embossing without a border though but Steels don't

If it's a flat steel and the title is punched/ sunken in or an image for that matter then it's debossed

Thanks for the tag @harry! First glance I loved it! Especially the front But the back now, dare I say, I feel slightly disappointed with as it's not consistent (at all!) with Vol.1...

It's obviously not enough to put me off buying (LOL) but still a noteworthy complaint IMO as I expected some consistency with their Vol.1 steel. Regardless of what happens and if they decide to change it or not, this is still THE version to own! (BLUFANS ALL THE WAY! Right, @charleybusko? ).

IWe have seen some of the Zavvi Steels getting a random artwork like the back artwork on this. This is not consistent with Gotg 1 Blufans release which is a shame but have to embrace it as the WWA looks poop.

The front artwork looks awesome but the back could be better, not that it's particularly bad, it just doesn't really match. It is still a cut above the WWA though which is pretty dreadful as we have come to expect from Disney.

Where did the "tnt" and matchstick come from ? Can't remember that being in the film ? Blufans shooting themselves in the foot with this one then !? The 1st gotg steelbook aswell as "Oz the great and powerful" are two of the best steelbook artworks out there., full of detail, like a scene from the films.

This could be the first must have blufans steelbook i wanted, that i decline due to poor choice in the rear art !? Very sad ! What is wrong with blufans ? Are they just concentrating on lenti's now at the expense of the actual steelbook !?

Been in that position a lot with steels and slip arts/ packages. Sometimes it surprises you and sometimes it mega fails

Talk about being over ambitious. Haven't even shipped Star Wars, and announcing exclusive 45 already. At this rate, when will this title be opened for a GB? Sometime 2018? Looks good enough though, better than that lame WWA that every country in the worlds gonna get.
