Yeah I don't seem to get bothered for anything up to and maybe over 80 bucks.
I had to pay a customs fee on an order from Amazon France once when they had one of their "100 euros for 50 euros" sales once. I ordered a couple of extra items because the shipping stays low on extra items.

I had to pay at the post office. I'm more careful now.

Not that this is the "open Vs. sealed debate" thread but... I used to keep the majority of my premium collection sealed as a new(ish) collector (some of my barebone/standard steels too) but soon found that opening and actually enjoying a Steelbook is far more rewarding than keeping it sealed in plastic. Especially a WEA release such as this... I can't fathom buying an expensive WEA Steelbook and never actually seeing/holding it in the flesh May as well just be a POS WWA inside like that yellow Baby Driver That, or just a plain slab of metal with a spine... How else would you know otherwise?

I still don't and haven't open(ed) absolutely everything mind you and do have a proportion of steels/limited editions still sealed in my collection. However, Blufans as a rule HAS to be opened to fully be appreciated, IMO. Take recent Doctor Strange for example, opening up that single and double Lenti just blew me away! (1/4 slip still sealed though )

It's cool everyone collects in their own personal way but this is just my 2 cents Bye for now

I'm thinking it'll be more of a time capsule. Once time runs out, and it's definitely not worth anything, or I know I will never need to to sell it or move it along, then I can open it.

Just imagine my surprise when I do and inside instead are copies of Space Jam.

Kind of when somebody goes to exhume a body and finds an empty coffin.

I always open at least 1 copy of my Blufans releases, in the cases of the Marvel films it’s always the 1/4 slip I open and the rest stay sealed

I open all of my copies unless I love the edition so much that I get a second, then I keep that one sealed. When I get a OC, I open all the slips but only one steelbook.

So far the only copy I couldn’t get myself to open is the TWS lenti by Nova ... just can't do it. XD
