Response from ES about the finish they are going for on this release:
There’s an emboss on the title treatment, gloss varnish on the front, cutting out the characters and a dull varnish covering the back.

The red text and red image on the back is also a pantone red, which should be a bright pillar box red.

Oh .... you must pay in pounds, and non UK residents can't do that.
So Hansel & Gretel can't be ordered outside the UK. I just saw that when I wanted to
make the order final, and wanted to pay in Pounds. Oh well ... hopefully Amazon
or Zavvi will come with a Steelbook, or I must wait until a version appears on Ebay. ;)

Well I thought the film was kool..so why not pick it up
Print run is low but I'm sure it'll pop up again on that auction site but I'm not paying jack reacher prices :angry:

That was a Steel that I ordered a while ago for € 19,99 (Dutch MediaMarkt - release: 22 May) ;)
Although one of the few that could be ordered online in Holland.
How much was it in the UK ?

Without meaning to sound like a complete cheapskate, for me to spend in excess of £20 on a steelbook, it should really be something pretty special, I'm thinking along the lines of Life of Pi and Drive. For this, however, £26.99 does sound rather excessive. :(
