Every copy I saw had at least one steelbook with spine slash...

Got one that, as far as I can see, doesn't have slashes. But the top banner and sticker in the corner are covering part.

I could not resist it! I bough it! Not impressed at all, the box is kind of week ; nothing compared with the FS from Canada! As for the steels they look cheap! I think I will keep the box for my French edition but not keeping the steels......

Well there was BOGOF on Amazon Italy a couple of weeks ago. 8 steelbooks for the price of 4.

Was tempted, but not a fan of the steelbooks themselves if I'm honest. Prefer the French designs.

My set is fine. Does it suck that they aren't embossed, sure. But I save a lot money and I get a case and digital download with it.

In the end, to each their own. Period.
