i have a lot of cancel orders in my account

any have the same?

They were originally in cancel/return section of your account
These were orders with payment method as cash and order status in writing to order
These were older attempted orders you tried but were sold out before you got to checkout to attempt payment

Reason you now see all these older attempts to place an order and are listed as cancelled
There was a lot of Iron Man attempts on their website so they did a clean up of these failed attempts and other releases to be listed as cancelled and moved them to orders instead of been in cancel/returns section

I have messaged Kimchi about the customs issue. I imagine nothing much will come of it but Kimchi should at least be aware of the problems they have caused by not following simple instructions. I think this will probably be my last Kimchi purchase. If Kimchi releases are going to cost upwards of £40 from now on then I don't think they offer good value for money. The days of spending that kind of money on a single film are over for me.

I think all UK customers got hit, I did too, as orezlyrad said, it's a shame Kinchi cannot charge customs in advance, I know Amazon.com do so at least you won't get hit with the extra £8.00 from the post office
I asked Kimchi to mark my package for $19.00 but they marked it at $25.00 and I don't think customs even opened it
I guess it's just something extra to factor in when deciding weather to buy from Kimchi in future

IN the UK, got the lenticular last week and didn't get hit by customs, did get a customs charge for my Rush full slip so my best guess is that they 'customs' throw darts at random and whatever package it hits gets charged.

My fullslip has been stuck at GBLALA (Heathrow Customs) since the 7th of November. I don't usually get any tracking updates after customs until something is delivered, but this is taking much longer than usual.

Must admit they haven't impressed me since Leon came out. They are getting destroyed by Nova and Blufans when it comes to exclusive products, and with Futureshops up and coming Monday collection that knocks them down to 4th place.

my overall grading of (asian) exclusive retailers would be the following:

1. plain archive (uncrowned kings 2014)
2. kimchidvd (not much to criticize, really like almost everything they do at the moment)
3. blufans (could easily be second, but waiting over half a year from payment to receiving the steelbook is too much)
4. hdzeta (really nice editions, but movie choices become less and less my cup of tea)
5. novamedia (nice exclusives, but the need for apologies after every step they take)
6. imovies (they look nice, but a little bit obscure and no steelbooks...)

Just opened my lenti and in fact it is a beauty. However, like almost always, my steel has some scratches on the top left corner (front) and the bottom left corner (back)
Anyone here who has the same issues? Emailed kimchi to ask for instructions but I don't think there is much they can or want to do. Had the same issues with Le Grand Bleau which could not be resolved in the end

I am just hoping that happens. On the top for some reason I thought I made the payment on 8th october via paypal so still have couple days to report issue to paypal. This morning realized that payment was for x men dofp and I am already well past the due date to report kimchi issue.
