I've had a few slashed spines from Zavvi, it got to the stage where I took partial refunds rather than returning them. Mine arrived today bent completely out of shape. First time this has happened to me, and also the first time I've received a steelbook from them in a cardboard envelope rather than the white box. Ridiculous that steels are getting ruined because of cost cutting with shipping materials. It's a great steelbook but I'm not going to waste time and money on ordering multiple copies just so I can get a damage-free version. I should be able to order something from a large company like Zavvi and not have to worry about a) it arriving damaged and b) having to wade through terrible customer service just to get return postage covered and a full refund.
sorry, I know this is more about the retailer than the actual steel, but so many steels are released now that I only purchase a few now and then and it's annoying when they arrived bent out of shape
