Erie, Pa. - hhgregg's expansion juggernaut continues this week with the opening of new locations here and in Manassas, Va.
The new showrooms will bring the chain's Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.-area store counts to 13 each.
Both stores will hold ribbon-cutting ceremonies at 2:45 p.m. this Thursday, followed by a 10-day-long grand-opening sale. The stores will also offer customers special financing options and the chance to win a Frigidaire stainless-steel appliance package or a Magellan GPS.
The locations occupy 30,000 square feet and, like all hhgregg stores, will showcase more than 100 TV models and stock more than 400 major appliances.
The Indianapolis-based CE and appliance chain currently operates 173 stores in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
