Hey, when you guys order from Amazon.ca... how long does shipping usually take?

I paid the little extra for 'expedited shipping' (4-7 days)... it was processed at DHL on Thursday 4/21, and the status hasn't changed since. Would have thought I'd get a 'departure scan' update by now.

Usually it's very fast and that's to the UK. Only trouble is Customs Duty. Put it this way I received this and "Traffic" 2 days ago from Canada, ordered on 18th April.

its because of the easter hoilday did you just order one steelbook?
if yes you shouldnt get any custum duties

Yeah, only ordered History of Violence... nothing else. Easter is Sunday... why wouldn't the stupid thing ship out on Thurs or Friday? Kinda annoyed with Amazon on this one. 4-7 day expedited shipping isn't quite the same as 11 days.

Just received this today! Very sweet looking.

They must have upgraded me to overnight shipping when I called to get information on whether it was normal for the item to be held in Toronto from Thurs-Monday. I didn't even complain... Just questioned why it was so (Canada DHL had Good Friday off). But on Monday it left Toronto, and Tuesday at 11am it showed up at my door. Nice of DHL to take care of me, especially nowadays with customer service so crummy in general.
