How Many SteelBooks Do You Own? Post pics of collection / last acquired!

This particular thread is to showcase new and recent additions to your collection and showcasing your entire collection.

In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:

Ok so I am late to the party, most of you already have and seen them but I just got them and I am amazed(and Suuuuper haaappppyyyyy) at how night and day it is from seeing it on pictures and holding them in hands, they are just beautiful. I had to pay a premium as at the pre-0rder I was not interested, for 2 reasons; the servers of course and I wasn't crazy over them at that time... but they grew on me and I fell for them. Cost me more but so worth it. So here are my new little jewels.



Up Blufans Exclusive #07 3D Lenticular Edition Steelbook

Ok so I had ordered the UP Boxset little while back, but could not bare to open that beautiful box. So I decided to Grap just the steel after many back and forth, The Lenticular edition, but when I got it today it is soooooo beautiful that I am really screwed as I can not open this beauty. This is another movie that I wasn't interested upon release as I am very picky about animation but after hearing all the praise I watched 10 sec of the preview and I had to have the release. Blufans did just a spectacular job with this release, I believe it is the nicest Up Steel Lenticular out there. So here is just a few pics again because I am so happy

Glad you like them it's always so much work to take those pictures to display them as best you can(it will help when I will get a better camera) I'm surprised at how minimal the full Slip is and at How much I love it, for the Lenti I am not too crazy about the front but Love the back picture...the 1/4 slip is very nice, able to see the steel sealed and another great back picture artwork...In any case, all versions are beautiful just critiquing them. Thanks and hope you get your copies soon

Actatus my friend, I'm so glad and very pleased to opened my boxset ! My first BF acquisition and my first GB with Kevin. Can't resisted the temptation. Waited too long for it. Why I do have to keep it sealed? It's not some Boxset with common stuff, the book inside have the look and feel of the like-one of the movie, they used a very heavy paper. Also I always remove the discs and place them in a CD storage binder. I haven't watched it yet in 3D my TV is in repairs. But you have more problems than me. You got the steelbook alone and now you don't want to open it too....Uffff that's bad symptoms, I know.. Jajaja! Do whatever you want to do! Anyway we are Steelbook collectors...and ppl think we're crazy!

@charlie1533pr HAHAHA I know I've got problems I just don't know when I started collecting I have been OCD from the start, I can't bare the thought of opening something and it losing half if not more its value, but on the other hand, I collect for myself only not for resale purpose, it is just hard to put 200$ on a boxset and open it you know ? lol I was told to open it, it was special and nice and I should enjoy it, I agree !!! but still something is stopping me, but I am definitely opening a Kung Fu Panda 1 and 2 but I am double dipping ..I open very few steelbooks, but when I open them I really enjoy them, saw the balloons from the top of steel og Up and made me want to open it...I guess maybe my resolution for this year should be to open more steel and enjoying them other than just on display

Lol.. I've been thinking about that lately. . My sister came to my home a month ago and saw my collections and told me that I'm crazy cos I don't have house insurance. . I think I should get some
