Plain Archive is excited to announce the release of I Saw The Devil Steelbook. We've been asked by Blue Kino, another Korean Blu-ray company to design the Steelbook edition which will be PLAIN ARCHIVE's exclusive.
We were hoping to release the world's first Steelbook edition of I Saw The Devil, but Zavvi announced its own before we could. The news made us reconsider the project, but with director Kim Jee-woon's support, we couldn't drop it.
I Saw The Devil Steelbook will be released under the approval of director Kim, and we are working on the artwork as we speak.
Best Regards
PLAIN ARCHIVE

I don't know. But, they will announce the release date, soon :)

Here are few more shots to go along with Teddy's from P'A's facebook page, I'm really liking how this steel has turned out, the red looks very sharp. Teddy do you know if this is going to be going up before or after the keep case edition of 'The Master'?

I thik it looks ok, but somehow not as great as I expected. And to me, the title looks more like orange than actual red, but that could just be me.

Why is the title a different colour to the blood splatter? It is very distracting in my opinion. I think this does edge the Zavvi edition, but it's nothing special.

Love the art- inside and out! Though for some reason I find the location of the directors name to not fit into the overall artwork. I like the UK version as it looks cleaner in that sense. Either way, a fantastic release! Plus it is region A, which also helps ;)

How easy is it get the discs out of those? Can you press down on the part in the middle? I dont want to risk damaging the discs every time I get them out :(
That is a standard 2 disc hub, it's easy enough to remove the discs.

You mean it will be A locked?

No it should be region free if it's anything like PA's other releases.:)
