Plain Archive is excited to announce the release of I Saw The Devil Steelbook. We've been asked by Blue Kino, another Korean Blu-ray company to design the Steelbook edition which will be PLAIN ARCHIVE's exclusive.
We were hoping to release the world's first Steelbook edition of I Saw The Devil, but Zavvi announced its own before we could. The news made us reconsider the project, but with director Kim Jee-woon's support, we couldn't drop it.
I Saw The Devil Steelbook will be released under the approval of director Kim, and we are working on the artwork as we speak.

That is a standard 2 disc hub, it's easy enough to remove the discs.

I hope so, thank you I found with some hubs (eg The Raid 2 steel) it was hard to get the disc out (the 1st time I did it didnt load so I had to clean it).

Miles better than the Studioanal release, but I'm disappointed they didn't move the title to the bottom like suggested in this thread. It looked a lot better. As it is it's too "top-heavy". I know I'm in the minority but I also prefer an English spine.

Now I have a new complaint - the inside art is covered by the discs. They really should've gone with a left-oriented image because unless you take the discs out you're not looking at anything.

Surprise positives: the gloss finish and use of color for the inside.

Can't wait to see the slip.
