$17, doesnt matter what its marked as if Customs has to get you it will get you when marked as $10 too. Would be pretty hard to prove its worth $10 or $17.

But when they ask for the PayPal transaction you're screwed. And don't even think about altering the receipt. You might get into much bigger problems than just the import tax.
