This thread is for people to help others locate Steelbooks they're looking for. No trades or items you 'have'.

Please use the following format below:

  1. What steelbook you're looking for + country it was released.
  2. If it should be sealed or unsealed.
  3. What condition it should be in! (Mint = meaning no dings, dents, scratches, paint chips, rips to wrapping, loose discs etc)
  4. If you wish to trade for the item - post a url link to your trade thread. (create a thread if you don't have one!)
  5. Or if you wish to buy a copy + your budget price

Example:

  1. Wizard of Oz CA Steelbook
  2. Unsealed (plan to watch it)
  3. Mint but mainly no scratches
  4. I prefer TRADE otherwise willing to pay cash (£20?).

If you think you can help the finder please keep discussion in this thread to examples as follows:

"The steelbook is located on ebay at"
"ninjaname is selling/trading one in his thread" (With url link)
"PM sent"

What NOT to post: "The Wizard of Oz :)" or "I have a copy of steelbook x for y price". Private message this information to the requesting party or post a Steelbook 'want' thread in Steelbook Trading area, so that both buyer and seller are protected.

Thank you and good luck to everyone in their search.

I've noticed in the last few weeks or so ppl are always posting "for really cheap" or "not eBay prices" or "at cost"

If you missed out on something on release, you won't get it for cost if it's an older release. Respect the values and trade or pay for it. It starts with ppl low balling for steals and wanting a "crazy deal" that is driving the values down.

The sellers will sell at a price they are happy with, so if that is 'really cheap' or 'not ebay prices' or 'at cost' then this benefits both parties.

Don't tell me you've never haggled or asked for a bit of a discount.

I regularly ask ebay sellers with buy it now auctions what their 'best prices are' are then negotiate a price we are both happy with. Why over pay if I don't have to. The seller won't sell if they aren't happy with an amount offered.

Looking for a Mint, Sealed Future Shop "Iron Man" Blu-ray Steelbook, for really cheap, $20 or less! :p

I know you are joking, but your post is different in that it is stating a price. I've not seen any on here that do that

Edit. In the case you're not joking, good luck :)

Best thing about this community is that we help each other out. On ebay I have customers, here I have fellow ninjas with the same passion about steels like I do. Returning a favour goes without saying in here. That's why I help at cost.

Yea, this thread is to match buyers and sellers. If we all stick to realistic prices, it would be easier to do a trade and more fruitful for everyone.

I see little value posting that one wants such and such rare steel at very low price or near cost unless one also says that he is prepared to accept a huge dent on it. :)

VERY interested in a copy of Man of Steel (Korean Futurepak). I'm dying for that slip! Am willing to trade an Iron Man 3 (Korean with the corrected cover) for it or a lot of other stuff I own. I have everything neatly organized within an Excel spreadsheet. Somebody please hook a Ninja up!!!

I'm looking for sealed/mint copies of Lets the Bullets Fly and Farewell my Concubine (without booklet is fine) to complete my Blufans collection. I have a few good trade chips such as T2 Kimchidvd, Pacific Rim Japan (incoming copy), Face Off (blufans), Senna (Australia), Aladdin (Zavvi), IM (play) and IM3 (Taiwan) and I'm willing to add $$$ to the deal. Please take a look on my trade list for more options.
