On the inside they could have used the spaceship beam hitting the white house or the buildings covering the entire or at least 3/4th of the spine. This could have made the spine glow which we seldom to get to see.
The artwork reminds me too much of War of the Worlds:
I don't mind that though. Should look pretty sweet next to each other on the shelf, and here's hoping ID4 gets the gloss treatment too!
I think the inside art with the spaceship hovering over that beautiful shot of New York is great!
What does Limited Edition means, when zavvi mention them alongside their exclusive steelbook .
It will have a Limited (Maximum) number of copies printed and no more - once they're gone they're gone.
Though of course sometimes the print numbers can be huge. It's a throwaway term really, it means nothing in reality as most releases tended to be labelled as 'limited edition' and are still in stock months/years later.
Agree - was just looking through all the past posts and it's never been mentioned the amount being produced.

I take 'limited edition' in the same way I take a 'premium quality' label on food.

It's a Standard term for a steelbook or collectible really, they are all limited but to what amount is what really matters.
I'm actually waiting for an email from Zavvi stating they've run out of shipping boxes or can't source enough copies.

That should be the other way round actually. There are a fair few years difference between the two.
Admittingly the ID4 poster was more of a cold colour scheme but the design is pretty much the same as before.
My payment is processing along with Commando, I Robot and Black Swan so expecting a despatch email later.
