Missed opportunity here, I think. Gloss + some embossing would have looked great. It looks a bit dull as it is. Nice slip again though.

As the item is mis-represented on the website ('Gloss finish' is specified) people are certainly within their rights to return this if they want to.

I think Zavvi need to realise that collectors do care about the spec, and often take it into consideration when deciding whether to buy.

Agreed, it is not a high gloss finish, but it is not matte either.
I would call it a Satin finish

I don't think it looks that bad. It's a change from the usual artwork.

I still say these should not cost 14.99. Zavvi are taking the p**s quite a bit.

Definitely candidate for worst steelbook of the year so far imo.
