I agree with what your saying, but this ebayer removed his listing when i told him about the delayed release. He took the time to message me to give the update which he didnt have to do. I hope its wrong as have so many on pre order for june, will end up cancelling and hoping i dont miss out

In both cases the customer service employee has looked on their system and just given you the standard reply. They probably have no more information than we do. I trust Wreck when he says these will be available for pre-order in a couple of months time for release in October

zavvi has no official release date for these as yet, october is a possibility just like july, august or even june. My point is zavvi will let people know the date when these are released as soon as THEY know or wreck will let people know.

How many times? These are not going to be released in June. There has been a delay in release which means they have been pushed back (possibly to October as per Wreck). There's no point in emailing Zavvi because their customer service agents probably have no more information than we do.

A few Months Zavvi sent out email to anyone who placed an order that Indiana Jones Steelbooks are been delayed
This is what Email said Thank you for placing an order for a Indiana Jones Limited Edition Steelbook.

We have just heard from our supplier that its’ release date has been put back to a date to be confirmed shortly.

Please be assured that your order will be sent to you at the earliest opportunity.
They Wont take payment from you until a new release date is confirmed and will contact all who placed order when they become available
As zavvi don't take payment until its shipping your item no payment will be taken until then
