I know many of you guys wanted your wallets to not take such a beating on the beginning of June so I believe this will help...

THANK YOU! The amount of steels getting release on the 3rd June was getting ridiculous, and considering I don't even have a job my funds for steels is quite limited, so pushing back the Indys is more then helpful.

Not the end of the world guys, still some other neat steels to kill the time.

Maybe there's going to be a price change?

Just got an email from zavvi that they have tried to take money from my account for my order on these steelbooks. When are they actually meant to take money for these steels as the release date is not even confirmed?

Are they meant to take money today?

imo i dont think its sold out, they just need to confirm the release since it is a few months away and will re-list when they have a confirmed date

I am really sorry but there has been a problem when we tried to take funds from your PayPal account.

We are unable to resolve problems with PayPal on your behalf, therefore this order will need to be cancelled and you will need to please place the order again.

So now they are canceling my order on the indies i have no clue why they tried to take money now and they make no sense when i asked why they did this.

this isn't the first time this has happened to people, same thing occurred with a few others with roger rabbit release. Things i have learned with zavvi is don't pre-order with paypal and make sure cc info is updated and correct.
this is a mistake on their part don't get me wrong but i wont worry too much, these will be back for pre-order, i truly believe there is no possible way these could be sold out

Try emailing their customer services, snoopcat. Let them know. If this was their fault, you shouldn't have to pay the price.

If it is form overseas the first time they normally need to verify it with your bank. My first overseas order was a headache, but since then I have had no issues. I did call my CC company and have them lift the block.

I also asked them if they could not block in the future and even though they said it was not possible I have never had to call them back since my fist order.

The email I received seemed to be only referring to one of the set but did not say which one and neither did it confirm a new date.

When you say they tried to take money I presume no funds were available then ?

Anyways I'm sure Wreck or one of the team will let us know as soon as they do what the score is.

Yes i had no funds so that is why they had to cancel my order. My order consisted of all three of the indies so it went through as one package i guess. :/

Thanks for the help i hope it gets sorted but the customer service seems to reply every 2 days, and doesnt really give a clear answer, as to why i was abit confused.
